- Tournament results represent money backed by the community and are not financial advice, regulatory assessments or endorsements.
- Paid broker bids affect tournament qualification only.
- Backing is a payment that directly decides battle results; it is not an investment, a wager or a financial product, and it is non-refundable.
- Prize pots are funded from broker entry money and are awarded to backers of the winning side as prizes only, with no cash alternative and no cash payouts.
- Users should conduct their own due diligence before using financial services.
Data we collect
Account email and display name, broker entry details submitted by brokers, backings placed, and payment records returned by our payment processor. We do not store card details.
Why we collect it
To operate tournaments, display public leaderboards, and reconcile broker bids and backings.
Sharing
We share data only with service providers required to run the platform, such as our database host and payment processor, and where legally required.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us. Public tournament results may be retained in anonymised form.
