Core disclosure

  • Broker Battles is an independent broker ranking and community voting platform.
  • Rankings are editorial and community votes are opinions; neither is financial advice, a regulatory assessment or an endorsement.
  • Brokers do not pay to be listed or ranked, and voting is free. We may earn a commission when you open an account through some broker links; commission never changes rankings.
  • Trading and investing involve risk of loss. Users should do their own due diligence before using financial services.

Accounts

You must be 18 or over to create an account. Keep your sign-in details safe and give accurate information. One person, one account.

Voting

Voting is free. Each account may cast one vote per broker per arena, and may remove it. Votes are shown as totals and never change an editorial ranking.

Fair use

Do not use fake or multiple accounts, bots, scripts or paid schemes to influence votes, and do not misuse the site or attack its security. We may remove votes or close accounts that break these rules.

Broker listings

Brokers may request a free listing using a company email address. We decide whether to publish a listing and may edit or remove it. Listing never buys a ranking position.

Commission and links

Some broker links may earn us a commission. Commission never affects rankings. Your relationship with any broker is between you and that broker.

Not advice, and our liability

Content is general information, not financial advice. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses from trading or from decisions made using the site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.

Content and trademarks

Broker names and logos belong to their owners and are used only to identify them. They do not imply a partnership or endorsement.

Law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Consumers keep the protection of the law of their own country. We may update these terms and will show the date of the latest version on this page.
